POWER YOGA is a western-oriented yoga style and helps modern people to find access to themselves through their bodies.
Many people need extreme physical challenges before their mind can relax and calm down and the MONKEY MIND can switch off. This approach is particularly aimed at people who have a lot of responsibility in their private or professional lives and are under a lot of pressure.
About Anais Telian
Anais has been teaching Power Yoga with R&B Music in Munich for several years. Here she successfully combines the power of R&B with challenging asanas. Private yoga in particular is her hobbyhorse, as she successfully brings stressed managers back down to earth, allowing them to slow down and recharge their batteries. Anais originally comes from the hotel industry, studied tourism and travel management and most recently worked in hotel management in Munich.
