The hotel boasts a modern atmosphere and design, and is a unique example of innovative architecture in South Tyrol. The house fits in harmonically with its surroundings which still retain their original charm which dates back to the 19th century. The hotel is proud of its original design, with lively colours, carpets made from cow leather, lamps made of deer antler and many other fascinating details for you to discover. The rooms are spacious and comfortably furnished, so that you will feel right at home from the moment you arrive at the hotel.

The hotel features a total of 115 rooms and 24 suites, as well as the Sky Spa and Garden Spa areas which include pools, saunas, relax rooms, cabins for treatments, a garden and an amazing view on the regal moutains. Other facilities include the Olivi restaurant, the marvellous Palm Lounge and the Bistro La Piazza.

Respiration is the very soul of Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga, and will be the main theme of our Yoga Days. The daily practice includes a morning session of dynamic Asanas (postures) of the first series of Ashtanga Yoga. In the afternoon, the focus is on pranayama (breathing exercises), mindfulness and restorative yoga. This will gradually lead us into deep relaxation. Each day we will alternate between Yin & Yang, experiencing the intensity of the morning practice and the deep relaxation of the afternoon practice.
NEW: Two daily Detox moments thanks to Energy Shots and a special sauna infusion for all the participants.
