Kapalabhati - the fire breathing
That's how it works: Most often, Kapalabhati is performed cross-legged or heel-seated. After a few relaxing breaths, after a deep breath, the air is breathed through the nose in bursts. The head and upper body remain completely motionless, only the stomach should be active and drawn in towards the spine. The vibration massages and stimulates all organs, the digestive fire in particular is activated, the lungs are strengthened and the lung volume increased.
