Cranio-sacral therapy "skull-sacrum therapy"
At the beginning of treatment, a detailed anamnesis interview is conducted. During the treatment itself, the patient lies fully clothed and mainly in a supine position on a couch. The therapist perceives changes and blockages in the craniosacral rhythm by touching and feeling. He tries to positively influence these blockages with targeted and gentle movements. This very relaxing and soothing form of therapy aims to stimulate the body's ability to self-regulate and activate its self-healing powers.
