Acupuncture point "Du May 20"
The "Du Mai 20" is at the highest point of the skullcap. This point usually reacts painfully to pressure, which is why it should only be massaged with light pressure and slowly in circular motions. The fingers should keep contact with the point. During the treatment you breathe in and out slowly and your spine is straightened.
Tip: Rely on your feelings when it comes to pressure and duration!
TCM effect: This acupuncture point stabilizes and calms the liver function circuit and lowers the yang acupuncture point, frees the sensory openings and raises the active energy Qi.
