1. Watch your mind If feelings of doubt, fear or stress become apparent, ask a few specific questions, e.g. what can I do in this situation, what options or other choices do I have (we can always choose again!!!!). Is it even worth thinking about the situation at all? As soon as I direct my mind in a different direction, it will calm down and relax more quickly.
2. Give your spirit food that it needs and is good for Just as the body works better with a balanced diet, our mind also needs the right nourishment, e.g. in the form of time to just let our thoughts wander, daydreaming, imaginative thoughts and ideas, watching the clouds or the starry sky, listening to the chirping of birds, etc .there are many ways to let your soul dangle for a short moment.
3. Try to clear your head Empty your mind before you go to bed, for example by going for an evening walk, writing down important things for tomorrow, washing your worries off your body, writing down the beautiful moments of the day in a little book Tip: Many herbs can be used to calm the body and mind:
valerian
lavender
Johannis herbs
lemon balm
orange blossom tea
oat herb
chamomile
Herbal tea should always be consumed consciously and in moderation!
